Sioux Falls, SD - During the month of October, Cougar athletics sold pink cougars to raise money for Sanford’s Breast Health Fund. To further support this effort, USF hosted the Community 5K on October 24th. Cougar athletics is pleased to announce the total funds raised for Sanford’s Breast Health Fund was $887.66.

Sanford Health’s Breast Health Fund benefits local women who cannot afford breast health screenings on their own.

Cougar athletics would like to thank Sanford Health, Backyard Broadcasting, Modern Woodmen of America, Dakota Sports, Dakota Lettering, Riddle’s Jewelry, Sisson Printing and Coca Cola for sponsoring the Community 5K and their support of this cause.
