Women's Soccer Takes 1-0 Decision Over Concordia

Sioux Falls, SD - The University of Sioux Falls women's soccer team defeated Concordia University (7-9-2 overall; 5-7 GPAC) by a score of 1-0.Both teams were tied 0-0 at halftime, but in the second half the Cougars (10-7-1 overall; 7-4-1 GPAC) found the net with senior Ashley DeMent score, assisted by sophomore Tasia Murray. On a night were USF recongized their two seniors (Dement; Bailey Snyder), it was a senior making the goal to take the match.
The Cougars will play at Hastings College (12-3-3 Overall, 7-2-3 GPAC) on Thursday, November 5th at 7:00 pm in the first round of the Great Plains Athletic Conference playoffs.
