Koln Fink, Joe Skow Named All-GPAC Wrestlers

Sioux Falls, SD - University of Sioux Falls wrestlers Koln Fink and Joe Skow have been named to the all-Great Plains Athletic Conference team, as announced by the conference office.Skow, a freshman from Jackson, MN, earned a spot on the first team. At last weekend’s GPAC wrestling championships in Sioux City, Iowa Skow won the heavyweight class and posted a 3-0 record at the tournament.
Fink received honorable mention GPAC recognition. The senior from Harrisburg, S.D. was 2-1 at the GPAC tournament and placed third in the 157 lbs. weight class. Skow and Fink’s performances led a sixth place effort that had the Cougars scoring 34.5 points, up from last year’s 20 point output.
The USF wrestling team will wrestle at Briar Cliff University on Saturday, February 6, then will host the NAIA Northern Qualifier on February 20 at the Stewart Center.
