2012: Finished 0-5 with an ERA of 5.03 despite posting four quality starts and leading the team with 40 strikeouts (13 looking)...boasted a team-best 2.9 K/BB ratio in 48.1 innings pitched...Coleman also made 27 starts in the field on his off days, split primarily between first base and center field...he batted .324 in 2012 with a team-best OBP of .465 and finished with 22 hits and seven RBI...led the Cougars with 15 walks and advanced runners 50% of the time he stepped up to the plate (16-for-32).

2011: 6-5 record as a freshman; 64 strikeouts in 65.2 innings, a 3.29 ERA...received GPAC honorable mention honors…went wire-to-wire and picked up a win in his first career start, giving up one run (unearned) and scattering five hits while posting four strikeouts in 4-1 win at Saint Mary (3/6)... Picked up second win of the year in 6-2 victory versus Cal State Marcos (3/19), allowing one unearned run on three hits with four strikeouts in five innings… earned first career save in the Cougars’ 7-6 comeback win against Cal State-San Marcos (3/23), allowing two runs on three hits in 1.0 inning pitched… Earned win in 6.0 innings of work against Mount Marty (3/30)…twirled a complete game victory, allowing one run and racking up a career-high eight strikeouts in 2-1 win over Briar Cliff (4/3)…went the distance and posted first career shutout in 6-0 victory against Northwestern College, allowing five hits and tying personal best with eight strikeouts…limited Northwestern to two runs on five hits in the Cougars’ 5-2 win over the Red Raiders on day one of the GPAC tournament...Also made 17 starts in the outfield and at the designated hitter slot, batted .260 (13-for-50) with 11 RBI…hit first career homerun versus Concordia- Irvine (3/22).

HIGH SCHOOL: Decorated baseball career at Broomfield High School (Colo.), picking up All-Conference, All-Region and Honorable Mention All-State honors.

PERSONAL: Son of Brian and Amy Coleman...has an older brother, Aaron (23)...exercise science major and business minor...an Eagle Scout.
