2013-14 (JUNIOR): Started in 15 games for the Cougars during her junior season, seeing action in each of USF’s 29 games…averaged 10.1 point, 3.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game for the Cougars…scored double-digit numbers in points in sixteen games, including a career-high 26 points against U-Mary…ended the season shooting 37.6% from the field and 29.9% from behind the arc…logged the third most minutes by any Cougar player during the season with her average of 24.2 minutes per game.

2012-13 (SOPHOMORE): Saw action in all 27 of the Cougars games and also started three times…averaged 16.4 minutes per game and also averaged 7.7 points and 1.8 rebounds per game during the 2012-13 season…scored 18 points against Southwest Minnesota State.

2011-12 (FRESHMAN): Saw action in 19 contests in a reserve guard role... made the best of her time played, averaging 3.1 points in 8.3 minutes per game... had a breakout game at Dakota State (2/4/12) where she filled the stat sheet, posting a game and career-high 17 points on 6-7 shooting from the field and 4-5 accuracy at the line, while adding four assists, three steals, two rebounds, and one block... finished with 59 points, 14 rebounds, 13 steals, eight assists, and two blocks

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Canton... enjoyed a very decorated prep career, earning all-state and all-conference nods over three seasons for the C-Hawks...school's current record holder in scoring, rebounding, assist and steals...named all region and Argus Leader Athlete of the Week...also particpated in volleyball, where she was an all-conference selection and holds school records for kills in a single season and track, where Ulmer finished fourth in the State Triple Jump...honor roll recipient.
