2014 (JUNIOR): Appeared in 119 sets and 31 matches at right side attacker…ranked fourth on the team in kills with 222 and 607 total attacks to end the season on .224 hitting percentage, averaging 1.87 per set…collected six double figure kills…recorded 73 total blocks…finished the season with 36 digs…twice had career high 15 kills against Southwest Minnesota with a .243 hitting percentage (10/28) and South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with only 6 errors on 34 attempts hitting .265 (9/12)…tallied a career high nine total blocks with a five set victory over nationally ranked Augustana (10/14)…posted 12 kills with .286 hitting percentage against defending national champions Concordia-St. Paul.

2013 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 31 matches at middle blocker (116 sets)…ranked third on the team in kills, averaging 2.02 per set…finished season with 234 kills…accumulated nine double figure kills…handed out 20 assists…recorded 81 total blocks, the third-most on the team…averaged 0.70 blocks per set…had nine service aces...responsible for 37 digs (0.32 per set)…floored eight kills on 13 attempts with no errors for a hitting percentage of .615 and five blocks in a sweep against Barton (9/7)…reached the double-digit kill plateau nine times, including a five straight matches with 10 or more stabs…posted a .462 attack clip and floored a career-high 14 kills with two block and four digs in a five-set loss to nationally-ranked SMSU (9/23)...chipped in 12 kills and five blocks in USF’s five-set thriller at MSU Moorhead (11/16), a victory that sent the Cougars’ to the NSIC tournament for the first time.

2012 (FRESHMAN):
 had 19 appearances in 27 sets…chipped in 0.93 kills per set…her 0.33 blocks per set average placed her seventh on the squad…turned in a career-high five kills with a .625 attack percentage in a win against Bethel (9/8)…buried four kills versus Minnesota-Crookston (10/12)…ended her freshman campaign with 25 kills, nine blocks and three digs.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-sport star for Hampton-Dumont…first team all conference selection as a senior…also named to the IGCA class 2A all-state honorable mention team…second team all-conference as a junior…also played softball and was twice named second-team all conference as a pitcher.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Rick and Deb Ritland…has a sister, Sarah (26) and a brother, Tyler (20)…biology major…wants to work in the field of wildlife rehabilitation…also plays softball at USF.
