After a successful first year with the program, University of Sioux Falls Track & Field's Brian Sebera has been elevated to Associate Head Coach.

 In his first season with the Cougars, Sebera's sprints/hurdles/jumps groups broke two school records and posted 14 marks that rank in the top 10 all-time at USF. At the NSIC Indoor Championships, he coached Jonathan Rowe to an All-NSIC runner-up finish in the men's 60-meter dash, which helped the men's team to a third-place finish at the indoor conference meet. Sebera coached Rowe and long jumper Evan Hagen to national qualifying marks.

Brian Sebera served as interim head coach at St. Cloud State, and was on the SCSU Track & Field staff for seven years. Before joining the USF staff last summer, he was a member of the College of St. Benedict (Minn.) Track & Field and Cross Country coaching staff, where he served as recruiting coordinator in addition to his coaching duties.

Sebera was a standout student-athlete at St. Cloud State, Sebera earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management and a Master's of Science degree in Sport Administration while serving as a graduate assistant for the SCSU Track & Field program. In 2016, he earned his Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs.
