Ed Koester Sioux Falls, SD-Football Ed Koester earned four varsity letters in football from 1985-1989. He was a first team All-Conference quarterback in 1987, 1988, and 1989. He set numerous records during his career, and still holds USF marks for career completions (533) and total offense (7,856 yards). Ed guided the Cougars to back to back SDIC titles in 1988 and 1989. Also led the team to its first ever undefeated season and NAIA playoff appearance (1988). Ed is a Sales Representative for Bristol-Meyer/Squibb. Family: Wife-Carol; Two Children-Ellen and Jack Koester says: "I learned more about leadership during my years at USF than at any other time in my life.
