Sherry Halleen Sioux Falls, SD -- Coach/Administrator Sherry Halleen began he career at USF in 1969. She was instrumental in the early success of the women's athletic programs. She coached women's sports for 20 years, including basketball, volleyball, and track. She guided the volleyball team to back to back SDIC championships in 1980 and 1981. Sherry also served as the Athletic Director for five years. She is currently an Associate Professor in Wellness at USF. Family: Husband-Owen; Five Children, Ten Grandchildren Halleen says: "My personal and professional life has been enriched by my teaching and coaching experiences at USF for the past 31 years! I have been truly blessed through the many relationships developed with the young women I have had the privilege to coach." |
