In the summer of 2006, the PULSE was created to unite USF students and fans of Cougar Athletics. The PULSE is a fan club exclusively for USF students, who are “The Heart and Soul of USF.”

With a $10 membership fee, PULSE members will receive:

• The official PULSE T-shirt
• Pulse discount card to more than a dozen Sioux Falls businesses
• Seasonal USF athletic pocket schedule
• Bobblehead of Cooper, the new Cougar mascot
• Grand prize opportunity ($300 toward Spring semester textbooks)
• In-game promotion opportunities
