USF Softball Finishes Season with Seventh Inning Victory It was a strong end to the 2010 season for the University of Sioux Falls softball team (11-25 overall, 8-16 GPAC) as they earned a thrilling 6-5 victory in game two of their doubleheader against Doane College (21-18, 13-11) Saturday after dropping a 6-5 decision in game one. USF ended the season strong with 10 victories in their final 16 ballgames. |

The Mustangs handled the Cougars in game one by scoring in each of the final four innings of the game. In game two, the Cougars took Morningside to extra innings before MC clinched the victory, 2-1. |
